   Important 
  ACTIVATE the yeast  Add it the water & sugar in a cup and let stand for 5 min,  Mix it up and add it to the dry ingredients.
 After mixing the dough ball, Oil a large bowl and coat the dough ball in olive.  Cover the bowl with saran wrap and put in warm oven for 1 hour.
  This is Important  When you pull out the oven punch it down and need it a few times.  If you don't do this it will be all stringy and useless.
 Roll it out into it's pans/form Coat the edges with garlic butter and make your pizza(s).
  
 Back at  450 Convection Till its done... :-)
