1LB Crayfish or (lobster cooked and cut small) 
  1LB Shrimp Small 
  800g Fettuccine 
  1 cup Spring Onion Chopped 
  6 Cloves Garlic 
  10 Basil Leaves chopped fine 
  3 Sticks Butter 
  2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 
  2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper 
  In a pan melt butter and add onions and Garlic and sauté.  Cook pasta.  Add a couple of laddels of the pasta water to the sauce. Then add Basil, Peppers, crayfish and shrimp to the sauce and simmer on low, 
  Finally add pasta to sauce and sauté for a short bit.  Garnish with capers
