1 cup chopped onion
2 TBSPN olive Oil
3 cups canned Italian-style plum tomatos
1 8oz can of tomato paste
1/4 tsp freshly gournd pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt (REALLY????)
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp oregano 

Directions: saute onions in olive oil over medium heat until transparent. Add remaining ingredients (Except oregano) and stir simmer uncovered 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add Oregano and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf.  Spread over pizza dough.
