1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash fresh ground black pepper
2 med. cucumbers, peeled, seeded & diced
1 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Serves 4.
